Online appointments do not include any discounts or concessions. If you fall under a concession category, please contact the hospital directly to book your appointment.
The hospital reserves the right to cancel the appointment at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including emergencies, doctor availability, natural calamities, or other unpredictable situations. In case of such cancellations, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment source. If cancellations occur, the hospital may offer an option to reschedule the appointment based on availability.
If the patient arrives late for the scheduled appointment, the hospital cannot guarantee that the appointment will be honored. In such cases, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled without a refund. Similarly, if the patient fails to show up without prior notice, the payment will not be refunded.
